Braham Sarover Travel Guide

Brahma Sarovar, as the name suggests, is associated with Lord Brahma, the creator of the Universe. It is believed in Hindu religion that bathing in this sarovar gives physical and internal. The Sarovar comes to life in winters when birds migrate from faraway places to take a dip in these waters. This beautiful tank bears a shining look during the 'Deep Daan' and 'Aarti' on the occasion of Gita Jayanti in the late November and early December. A sacred shrine tribute, to Lord Shiva stands within the sarovar, accessible by a small bridge.
