Brentwood Sanctuary Travel Guide

Situated amongst thick jungles, it is a bird-watching haven. Well surrounded by snow laden peaks of the Himalayas, one can have magnificent views of snow peaks like Chaukhamba and Bandar Punch. The Sanctuary's claim-to-fame is the Mountain Quail, now extinct, after which it is named. It has exotic birds such as White Capped Water Red start. Both herbivores and carnivores species are found in abundance. Tips: Entry Fee: No fee. Don't miss the sunrise. Leave lower Mussoorie early to get a vehicle.
