Shiva Temple Travel Guide

Also known as Neelkanth temple, the history of the ancient shrine dates back 10th century but in spite of being so old it still retains the magnificence.  It is believed to be built by Pandavas. Legend says that Lord Shiva opposed Raja Jai Singh’s army from conquering this land. After that the king offered his prayers to the lord and decided to appoint priests for the temple. One will be amazed to see graves of those priests at the stairs of the temple.
